JUNGLE BOOTY - These are a combination of dance, weights, boxing, kickboxing all choreographed to the hottest music. Guaranteed to get you moving and sweating and toning those muscles.
CARDIO STEP - This is a high intensity cardio workout that will burn those calories and boost your metabolism. It is based on interval training and use the steps to exercise.
KONGA - is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, Konga® is for you! With fresh choreography, new technique & the latest music every month you will never hit a plateau or get bored!
CORE30 -is a brand new class that is specifically designed to work your core muscles. It is program to music but will give your core a blast in just 30 short minutes.
CIRCUIT -is a 1 hr class that is based around circuit training. It will consist of different timings and will be a full body workout.
VYPA - is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat , improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. You perform tracks of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each track keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop music. Each track goes for 4 minutes with a short break in between each track. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat till you reach the edge.
BOXING - 45min of BOXING for all fitness levels. This is Cardio at it's best. Be prepared to sweat it out.
LIFT - A low impact weights class. Full body resistance program of weights to help build and tone up your muscles.
ZUMBA - The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone! Come dance your worries away and get fit and toned at the same time.
RELAXATION AND MEDITATION -is a 30min class with gentle stretching and a guided mediation to relax you.
STRONG by ZUMBA - This is not a DANCE CLASS. It’s a revolutionary high-intensity workout led by music to help you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music.
BOOTCAMP - A mix of body weight and weight training designed for an all over workout.
HIIT/TABATA - High Intensity Interval Training at it best. Hiit training is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio training because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. This is an interval based class that is a mix of Cardio and Weights.
SPRINTnBOX - This is a 30min express boxing class that will focus on speed and agility. High cardio session for the lovers of a fast but effective workout. Lots of sprinting drills and fast cardio boxing.
METAFIT - Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Each classes is only 30mins and is a great quick workout.
METAPWR - Sticking to fundamental training principles, this is a power circuit class using functional exercises to work the muscles and boost metabolism. The perfect training for anyone wanting to "Just Get It Done" as it is a 30min Circuit.
SENIOR CLASSES - $5 per class
SENIOR STRENGTH - A class for all Fitness Levels and Abilities. Weighted circuits, socialise and have fun. This class is not the same price as our other classes and is only $5 per class. No contracts or lock ins, just pay as you go.
SILVER KONGA /SILVER STRONG/SILVER METAPWR - These classes are low impact modified versions of our regular classes. They suit all abilities.
